This Returns & Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which you may return items purchased from our website. 1. Eligibility for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, please take note of the following eligibility criteria:
Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Items must be in the same condition as received, without any signs of wear, damage, or tampering.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order number, receipt) is required to process a return.
We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety concerns, certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Opened diaper packs
Baby wipes or creams once the seal is broken
Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” on the product page
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please refer to the section below.
3. Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us:
Email our customer service at support@thebestdiaper.pk within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.Receive Return Instructions:
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions, including the shipping address.Ship the Product:
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address provided. Please use a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.Inspection and Approval:
Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria. We will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your return.
4. Refunds
If your return is approved, a refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original method of payment. Please note the following:
Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
Refunds will only be issued after the returned item has passed quality inspection.
Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item with a different size or variant, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Provide the following information:
Order number
Clear photos of the damaged/incorrect product
Description of the issue
Once verified, we will offer a replacement, a full refund, or another appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible by emailing support@thebestdiaper.pk. We can cancel and fully refund your order only if it hasn’t been shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must go through the return process.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, incorrect, or damaged:
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking information.
Original shipping fees will not be refunded.
If a return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or damaged product), we will bear the return shipping cost.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days:
Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
Contact your credit card company or payment provider—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
