1. Shipping Coverage

We currently offer shipping across Pakistan. Whether you’re in a major city or a remote town, we strive to reach you with our range of premium diapers and baby care products.

If you’re located outside Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact our support team at support@thebestdiaper.pk to check availability.


2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is successfully placed and another email once your order is shipped, along with tracking information.

During high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always keep you informed.


3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We partner with trusted courier services across the country to ensure prompt deliveries.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities (e.g., Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Faisalabad): 2–3 business days

  • Other urban areas: 3–4 business days

  • Remote areas and small towns: 4–6 business days

Please note that delivery estimates may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen logistical delays.


4. Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all orders across Pakistan — no minimum purchase required!


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with your tracking number and the name of the courier service.

To track your order:

  • Visit the courier’s website and enter your tracking number.

  • You can also track your order by logging into your account on thebestdiaper.pk and viewing the “My Orders” section.

If you face any issues with tracking, don’t hesitate to contact our support team.


6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will typically make up to two delivery attempts. If you are unavailable during delivery, they may contact you for an alternate time.

In case of repeated failed attempts:

  • Your order may be returned to our warehouse.

  • We will contact you to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.

  • Re-shipping may incur an additional delivery charge.


7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing the order, contact us immediately at support@thebestdiaper.pk.


8. Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation will be sent via email or SMS when your package is marked “delivered” by the courier. We encourage you to receive packages personally or ensure someone trustworthy is available at the shipping address.

In rare cases where a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it:

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the courier service using your tracking number.

  • If still unresolved, notify us at support@thebestdiaper.pk within 24 hours of delivery status.


9. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if an item is missing, we sincerely apologize and will resolve the issue promptly.

To report a damaged/missing item:

  • Email us at support@thebestdiaper.pk within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  • Include your order number, photos of the damaged package/product, and a brief description of the issue.

We’ll investigate the issue and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution as per our Returns & Refunds Policy.


10. Delays Due to Natural Causes or Force Majeure

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • National emergencies

  • Holidays or government-mandated closures

  • Pandemics, lockdowns, or logistical disruptions

In such cases, we’ll keep you informed and work with our partners to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.
